To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行完山落到油塘,去大本營逛了一會就找地方吃晚飯,一看到客家好棧的裝潢就被深深吸引著了,湖水藍及綠的設計,我最喜愛的顔色,非常舒適優美😍食物方面,我們兩人點了一份拍蒜炒豆苗$78,一個蜜味柚子骨$78,一個砵仔蒸飯$13,連茶錢及加一,共$212拍蒜炒豆苗 - 豆苗幼嫰好味,又不油膩👍蜜味柚子骨 - 原來是用柚子蜜加上桃肉來煮,非常香甜,可口味美,柚子骨也有頗多肉可吃的呢😋砵仔蒸飯 - 以為是用黑色那些砵仔來蒸,原來只是普通白色碗,但形狀是砵仔的,沒特別離開酒樓時侍應叫著我們,原來是男友的電話跌了在地上🙈,幸好侍應發現得早,感謝🙏
