To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這間店的裝潢光鮮,有越南風格,座位寬敞舒適,環境乾淨。熟牛肉湯河的牛肉夠淋又入味,牛肉湯底味道濃郁。扎肉湯河和香茅豬頸肉湯河的湯底都是清湯,雖不及牛肉湯底的惹味,但也調味適中。湯河都配有芽菜、洋蔥和蘿蔔,份量適中,不會搶佔了河粉的味道。我曾經吃過一間店的越式湯河,芽菜落得比河粉還多,令我有好一段時候不想再吃越式食品。軟殼蟹紙米卷材料豐富,軟殼蟹的味道也很好。越式春捲炸得鬆脆,餡料也很美味,是我最喜歡的菜式。

軟殼蟹紙米卷材料豐富,軟殼蟹的味道也很好。越式春捲炸得鬆脆,餡料也很美味,是我最喜歡的菜式。
