To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 經過秀茂坪商場見到有天仁茗茶，見到佢哋嗰個螢幕賣緊香芋鮮奶綠既廣告，對於芋頭控嘅我當然唔可以放過啦。於是我叫咗一杯香芋鮮奶綠，到手後飲到第一啖感覺整體唔算好甜。個別來講杯嘢飲食到芋頭好綿密，仲有一啲顆粒感，不過如果啲芋泥芋頭可以甜多少少同埋個份量再多少少就Perfect啦！而茶味都飲得出，但奶味就唔算好濃，整體杯嘢飲嘅液體同埋芋頭又唔可以話好夾得來，不過不失咁啦。至於環境方面，呢間舖頭都幾大，裏面有4組座位，裝修都幾雅潔。製作區係幾大但係淨係用咗一邊去做茶飲，另外一邊就閑置左。所以即使佢哋人手都有唔少，但係叫一杯嘢飲都等咗好耐差唔多三個字，門口都企咗好多人等嘢飲，速度真係要改善下。
