朋友推介嘅一間串燒小店,鋪頭位於安達邨屋邨街市入面,旁邊有石檯可以供大家食嘢。一嚟到就已經見到老闆認真燒串燒嘅英姿,我就知道自己無揀錯。鋪頭有超過38款串燒、20款炸物同意粉餐供食客選擇。我今次就揀左鹽燒海虎蝦 $32、海鹽燒牛舌$30、雞軟骨$18、豬頸肉$18、金菇$15、韮菜$15、娃娃菜$15。真係要讚一讚老闆,款款都燒得唔錯,唔會落好多油,可以燒到剛剛熟而唔亁身,調味亦恰好,夠香夠惹味但唔會過咸,個人特別推薦海蝦同蔬菜類,因為蝦燒得唔亁身真係唔容易,但呢間做到。然後蔬菜本身用料唔麻虎,做到惹味同時仍保留到蔬菜本身嘅水份同甜味,韮菜唔會咬唔開。
