今日同朋友嚟一間屯門嘅餐廳食扒，可以先揀想要嘅重量，以後就會即場幫你切，同烤🥰同埋選擇烤牛肉的熟度和配菜肉眼扒外層炭燒，內部鮮嫩多汁，肉質鮮嫩，口感豐富。因為叫咗五成熟，所以切開嘅時候，倒黑椒汁落去，就會好香👍🏻👍🏻成熟的厚身牛排，配上蒜蓉醬汁和日本紫菜米飯，再加上一個溫泉蛋和一杯汽水，真的天上人間西冷牛排的熟度剛好，都係五成。冇咁厚但就好大份，大大份牛排更是讓人一口咬下去就有滿滿的肉質感，吃得好過癮。配上蒜蓉真心正，不僅能夠增加牛排的風味，還能夠中和牛排的油膩感，讓口感更加清爽。晚餐配：日本紫菜米飯同溫泉蛋/湯同汽水。米飯口感Q彈，大大碗，一定唔會唔夠飽❤️
