呢間日式燒石燒牛肉店係商場入面，非常易搵。係門口已經俾佢個開放式廚房吸引左入去，全部牛肉即切即燒，切完即刻同你磅重，全部欺容。我今次揀左300g既西冷，配上青蔥，口味清新，估唔到蔥同牛肉都咁夾。肉質大概五成熟，再放落一塊熱辣辣嘅鐵板到，西冷扒嘅生熟程度由自己控制，鍾意食生又或者鍾意食熟嘅朋友都照顧到。西冷肉質嫩滑，入口即刻溶化，而且牛肉味十分重。另外有三個配菜可以揀，我嘅首選梗係燒肉嘅最佳拍檔-白飯，一塊香噴噴你好嘅燒肉，再加上一啖香噴噴嘅白飯，諗起口水都係咁流。另外我仲揀咗一個日本製造嘅朱古力味雪糕同蜂蜜檸檬飲品
