To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去到薄扶林拜山，帶父母到西區搵食，他們想食點心，所以便一起去了水街，排隊等位食周記。試了很多點心，有蒸、有炸，但大家印象最深刻肯定是炸點。芝麻蝦多士($30)仍舊非常彈牙，蝦肉極厚，是想像不到的厚。芝麻鋪滿了外圍，芝麻香氣四散。奶黃流沙西多士($38)仍舊非常流沙。吃時附上刀叉，一刀切下去時，流黃極速流出來。奶黃蛋香非常，吃下極有罪疚感，做多少運動也回不來。兩件點心有$70找，還可以點呢？連口味要求的父親都話好，真係值得大家試試。
