久不久到港島西區入貨,因為貨品齊備,冬菇海味,一應俱全,而近來很多店舖都掛了旗幟,原來大閘蟹靜悄悄地上市了。要買品質和來源都有保證的大閘蟹,都會選擇老字號,今天經過這一間,「年齡」比譚校長還要大,已有三十多年歷史,商譽大於一切,所以吃得安心。價錢由二百多元至三百多元一斤,中庸之道,選了二百多元的,兩隻雄,兩隻雌,附送醋,紫蘇葉,紅糖和薑,還怕你不懂處理,送上說明書。鍋上燒了大開水,蟹洗乾淨後,反轉連紫蘇葉隔水蒸15-20分鐘便可。揭開蟹蓋,香氣四溢,金黃的蟹膏呈半溶狀態,入口極甘香,清除蟹心蟹胃後,便可吃了。肉質鮮甜,點些醋吃,更能提鮮,吃蟹不能貪快,與太座每人吃兩隻,輕剝細啖,享受了一小時味覺之慢活,快哉!
