To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午茶黎呢度食個tea set. 雞脾配半件西多士。先食鹹野,雞脾塊皮煎得好香脆,另外用鹵水汁調過味,雞肉就都幾滑,係由於煮既時間剛熟,裡面仲有雞汁留出黎添。後吃西多士,可能塊西多士唔係即叫即做,所以口感有點淋,由於西多無餡,所以用糖槳黎點就剛剛好夠甜。最後我唔要飲品可選擇甜品,係西米露涼粉,雖然雜果係罐頭果,但係有埋甜品食感覺幾抵。
