To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大角嘴一帶近年大翻新,開了唔少特色餐廳,今次上網見呢間eaaat.here大受好評所以就前嚟一試,嚟到先知原來佢身處係一個叫利奧坊嘅住宅商場,商場相信係新落成,入面有一連幾間勁靚環境嘅cafe同bar and restaurant,已經bookmark定下次要嚟試埋其他食肆!Eaaat.here嘅食物種類好多,由西式嘅意粉/ 扒類,到日式串燒,甚至南美經典菜式ceviche都有。刺身吞拿魚配柚子汁 ($108)Ceviche其實係用檸檬汁醃製嘅魚生,香港唔多餐廳有做呢道南美菜,所以見到呢度有就必叫一試!我地揀選了呑拿魚刺身,雖然用清甜嘅柚子汁醃製,但都無掩蓋呑拿魚嘅鮮味,食落酸酸甜甜相當開胃。牛油果蟹肉合桃石榴汁沙律 ($108)呢道沙律配上出面少見嘅石榴汁,粉紅色嘅石榴汁為賣相加分之餘亦令味道更加清新,而且牛油果嘅熟度剛剛好,綿綿嘅果肉再加上鮮甜蟹肉係絕配。鵝肝醬多士 ($58/ 2 pieces)呢款一口size嘅多士我地揀了鵝肝醬,一啖食完嘅份量啱啱好唔會太膩,濃郁嘅鵝肝醬加上甜甜嘅果醬完全係滿足味蕾之選。大葱雞脾肉 ($38)/ 雞膝軟骨 ($38)/ 免治雞肉棒 ($45)D

嚟到飲cocktails當然要揀幾款串燒送酒,我試了呢杯叫drink.here,主要係gin + lemon juice + cucumber juice 混成,聽個組合都想像到佢fresh嘅味道,最啱依家大熱天時飲。而係眾多串燒入面我一向獨愛免治雞肉串,因為最鍾意佢溝埋脆軟骨嘅口感,呢度嘅免治雞肉串亦無令我失望。

魚子醬蟹膏蟹肉意粉 ($158)
呢個組合聽落都已經覺得奢華,魚子醬加蟹肉蟹膏呢個配搭簡直無得輸,意粉吸收晒蟹肉鮮甜嘅精華,再撈埋魚子醬啖啖香濃。

士多啤梨蘋果金寶伴雪糕 ($108)
最後當然唔少得甜品,平日雪糕加apple crumble就食得多,成個甜筒插係上面嘅就真係未見過!店員仲俾我地相機打卡之後就即場打碎個甜筒撈落熱辣辣嘅apple crumble度,成件事邪惡到不得了但食左啖之後係會停唔到口!
