阿媽鐘意食素,就揀左間有做私房菜既同佢試下。香港做素私房素宴地方唔多,做得好既就少之又少!地方唔太,我地人又多,佢客又多…坐得仲有少少迫添!同場有八成客係散叫,兩成係食私房…廚房好忙,佢到等齊私房客人到齊先起菜,所以等左一下先有得開飯。牛油果伴沙律﹕牛油果香滑,如果再熟少少就更好!冰鎮鮮露筍﹕露筍好鮮,處理得好,夠爽脆鮮甜。配菜係日式,有三文魚,口感同質感有8成似!比出面D素魚生做得好。姬松茸燉湯﹕呢個用料超足既燉湯,用左好多甜味材料,好似紅蘿白、粟米、元肉、妃子等等…好甜好味,反而松茸味被蓋過左…招牌叉燒包﹕個包好鬆軟,叉燒同出面實的的既素叉燒唔同,呢個好鬆軟,賣相又似,好香南乳味,而且焗過,個皮係少少香口,好味,係咸左少少!金絲素蝦菜汁蛋伴南瓜汁﹕菜汁加蛋白蒸成既心形,加上南瓜汁底,南瓜汁夠香咁,菜汁蛋白有創意,配搭特別!口味就清淡左少少…黑松露糯米紅棗配新鮮淮山﹕黑松露汁夠香黑松露味,配上無味但口感好好既鮮淮山,好味!糯米紅棗係超級巨型,紅棗味就咁食好嗆,但係配上糯米糕就好好多,口感同味道互補,可以當甜品。天然齋炒飯﹕其實食到呢度已經好飽,兼且個飯辣,我食唔到太多,唔好浪費,打左
