To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 位於筲箕灣道的意樂餐廳開張多年,只幫襯過一次,沒有什麼印像,今天中午再光顧,感覺新鮮。我哋兩個人,點了日式燒汁牛肉丼飯及芝士焗咖喱雞飯。牛肉丼飯是套餐已包含一杯免費飲品,而咖喱飯則另加$10都已經有一杯凍檸茶👍其實牛肉丼飯的味道跟吉野家十分相近,算是合格,但就沒有什麼驚喜,以價錢來說還包括飲品可以接受。咖喱雞飯上枱時發覺好像沒有芝士焗的,但咖喱味相比日式咖喱算比較濃,辣味適中,還包含連皮的薯仔,而雞肉已經全部去骨,煮得算是入味,整體較牛肉丼出色。但午餐的選擇比較少,本來今天想食意粉,但只有卡邦尼,最後反而沒有點。

其實牛肉丼飯的味道跟吉野家十分相近,算是合格,但就沒有什麼驚喜,以價錢來說還包括飲品可以接受。
