呢間日式居酒屋雖然位於蘭桂坊,但係位置比較隱蔽,搵咗一段時間先見到正門!裝潢充滿格調,平日亦都座無虛席~ Ahi Taco ($200)海膽係呢道前菜嘅主角,口感綿滑,味道香濃帶甘香,搭配雪場蟹、三文魚子、八爪魚等海鮮,每款材料都好新鮮,配上新鮮爽口蔬菜,超滿足!Udon ($98)明太子醬相當濃稠,每啖都食到粒粒明太子,搭配薑蓉同蒜片,鹹香滿溢~ 烏冬口感煙靭彈牙!A4 Wagyu Beef ($298)和牛肉味香濃,咬落油脂感滿滿,接近入口即溶~ 超有驚喜!Mascarpone Spread ($128)竹炭麵包烘至香脆可口,蘸上幼滑嘅芝士,超有驚喜!Matcha Cream Brûlée ($128)最後以抹茶焦糖燉蛋作結,蛋香味濃,滲有淡淡抹茶香~ 不錯呢!唯表面焦糖唔夠脆
