粉嶺有間隱世山東餃子舖,餃子外皮係厚嘅,似北京餃子,餡料好多肉汁,有豬肉、雞肉同素。有時會專程坐一個鐘車去Fanling買幾打餃子打邊爐,或者放入冰箱可以煎餃,煮麵食。最鍾意西洋菜,麻辣青椒,京葱餃。用了新鮮,就算雪左入冰箱,一星期後煎,西洋菜都係嫩同脆的。嘗試過其他區嘅山東餃,發覺原來有所不同,只此這一間。Encore~
