早排係白子當做嘅季節,大膽同廚房要求要自攜做一個麻婆豆腐嘅升級版,廚房竟然要求而且仲比我埋位添😂 咁順手來料加工日本鬼爪螺啦!點都好,呢一度嘅出品好穩定。餐牌可以選擇嘅菜式唔算好多,始終廚房唔夠大,未必應付到太多唔同花款嘅煮法,但係假如有特別要求都可以有輕微改動。好多時候觀眾都會問我有啲乜嘢值得食,其實最值得食嘅就係最基本一路以來嘅熱門菜式,包括雞油花雕蒸馬友,XO醬炒蟹腸粉底,蝦多士,牛尾煲,豉油王炒麵等等。今次食嘅其實同蝦多士差唔多,只不過轉咗做鍋貼小棠菜,上次食完花錦鱔,今次試吓蒸魚雲,點知出嚟嘅效果超乎想像,大大嚿好好食。👍👍其實食小炒小菜呢啲嘢,最緊要夠火候夠味道趁熱食已經加晒分,佢哋冇特別追求極致嘅擺盤,因為時間一來溫度就會減,上到嚟可能已經唔係應有嘅味道。呢度除咗食物出品味道好食之外,侍應嘅人情味都係好值得一提,雖然唔係星級水準,但係每一次嚟食都食得,非常之開心!唔知幾時開始訂枱,可以要半年以上,但係可以食嘅就趁機會係賣盤之前食,各位街坊唔知有冇食過呢?

點都好,呢一度嘅出品好穩定。餐牌可以選擇嘅菜式唔算好多,始終廚房唔夠大,未必應付到太多唔同花款嘅煮法,但係假如有特別要求都可以有輕微改動。
