To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

✏️ 呢碟巴馬火腿擺盤好靚😍 佢將火腿捲成花形、加埋水牛芝士同蜜瓜波波圍圈隔住咁擺,望落去真係好似花圈😆🌸 呢度用咗24個月嘅巴馬火腿,呢款火腿食落去唔會好鹹🤤 通常鹹嘅巴馬火腿都係配甜嘅蜜瓜,而鹹嘅芝士就配甜嘅乾果,而呢間餐廳巴馬火腿竟然係配芝士🤯 我哋第一次試呢個組合,覺得出奇地夾喎😍 因為水牛芝士味道本身較淡,所以夾埋一齊食唔會過鹹😆 而蜜瓜本身爽口清甜,夾埋一齊食都唔錯😋

✏️ 我哋本身都好鍾意食法式田螺,見到呢度有得食就即刻叫咗😍 田螺總共有6粒🤤 田螺釀入脆皮入面,就算我影咗好耐相,隔咗一陣先食個脆皮依然保持到好脆身😍 香草味亦都好出🤤 我鐘意佢食落去唔會成口油🤤 薯蓉係放喺脆皮田螺下面,成粒連薯蓉一齊𢳂嚟食好方便🤤 一啖食晒咁多種味道🤤

✏️ 當日嘅餐湯係番茄牛肉雜菜濃湯,碗湯一嚟到已經覺得好靚😍 冇諗過餐湯都會有裝飾😚 餐湯嘅番茄味幾濃,濃得嚟唔會過酸🍅 而牛肉細細粒,一啲都唔韌,好易咬🤤 我哋好鍾意個湯入面嘅雜菜,平時我哋都唔會食晒,因為會太大粒同太硬,呢碗湯反而冇呢個問題😍 雜菜煮得好淋好入味🤤

🥘 𝙈𝙖𝙞𝙣
✏️ 我哋揀咗加拿大保濕豬鞍,喺佢哋ig見到原來呢碟係最近新加入lunch menu,所以就試吓🤤 呢碟同樣賣相好靚😍 除咗主角豬鞍同意大利雜菜,仲有啲花做裝飾🌼 豬鞍有三舊,真係好香🤤 豬鞍中間嘅位幾juicy幾嫩,但外邊嘅位乾咗少少,不過都唔會韌😚 而雜菜有3種唔同嘅蘿蔔同秋葵🤤 4款雜菜都好新鮮好多汁🥗 平時唔會點食菜嘅我最後都食晒🤤

✏️ Lunch set本身包咗一杯花茶,我就額外加咗錢叫咗杯特飲🤤 因為喺ig見到啲特飲真係好靚好啱打卡🤤 我哋亦都另外嗌多杯飲品試吓😆

🍋 LLB - HK$48 (lunch set 減HK$20)
左邊紅白色呢杯LLB 其實就係 lemon, lime同 bitters嘅意思😯 其實就係苦酒青檸汽水😆 第一啖飲落去酸酸哋,好似可樂糖嘅味😂😂 雖然有苦酒但唔會苦😆 反而覺得好清新😚 杯入面嘅冰全部都圓姑碌😆 入面仲有唔同顏色嘅乾花😍 所以成杯飲品望落更加色彩繽紛,唔會太單調😍😍 我哋都係第一次凍飲飲咗成個鐘啲冰都未溶晒😯 所以飲到最後成杯汽水都冇淡晒🤤

✏️ 右邊藍黃色嘅係由菠蘿、柚子同蜜糖整成嘅,我加咗$10轉咗做梳打😛 一開始飲第一啖真係好fresh好爽,好啱依家夏天咁熱嘅天氣飲😍 撈均杯底嘅柚子同蜜糖一齊飲亦都唔會好甜🤤 而杯上面擺咗一片乾菠蘿,既可以做裝飾又可以食用😆 呢杯同LLB一樣啲冰入面有乾花,顏色比起左邊個杯更加繽紛😍😍 兩杯飲品打卡一流!!🥳

✏️ Crème Brûlée嘅面燒得好均勻,焦糖好脆😍 一𢳂起就裂開成好多塊🤣 而焦糖下面嘅燉蛋冰涼軟滑,甜度適宜,非常可口🤤 唯一唔好嘅係甜品上面嘅花同樹葉都係發泡膠薄片,掹起佢哋嗰陣,啲發泡膠會痴住啲焦糖🥺 不過撇除呢樣嘢,成碟燉蛋真係好好食🤤🤤
