It’s was really aromatic with lots of herbs (thyme & rosemary?) the outside was crispy but the inside was slightly on the chewy side and thus was really difficult to consume it elegantly

Focused too much on the photogenic cup and forgot about the flavours
Overall great for photos. Try to avoid coming during lunchtime as it can get a bit busy.
