星期日同老公去西營盤食法式晚餐,老闆同廚師都係法國人,好正宗。我地直接叫左個Set Dinner for 2,好豐富。 餐前麵包配牛油,牛油好軟身。Starters: Octopus Carpaccio, Classic Beef Tartare八爪魚切成薄片,一啲都唔韌,配青瓜粒一齊食好夾。生牛肉他他味道似食緊漢堡扒,撈完生雞蛋變得滑溜溜,好食。Mains: Beef Bourguignon, French Seabass Meuniere牛腩燉到好腍好軟,薯蓉十分幼滑,奶味頗出,仲有啲雜菜,正。鱸魚完全無魚刺,魚肉嫩滑新鮮,底下鋪住薯蓉同菠菜,好味。Dessert: Crepe La LiegeoiseCrepe上有一球朱古力雪糕同忌廉,鍾意食摺左幾層既crepe,夠軟熟,得一層時口感係脆既,兩種享受。Drinks: Green Apple Sparkling Soda同Brittany MojitoGreen Apple Sparkling Soda微甜,唔錯。Brittany Mojito酸酸地,幾清新。
