To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

間中有朋友同我反映,我好少喺港島區覓食🤣,所以今日就嚟到西營盤,介紹呢間西式小店😎!呢度裝修採用藍白顏色,令人感覺置身於地中海國度。頭盤我地叫左椰菜花忌廉湯,小店將椰菜花打成溶,加到忌廉湯中,再配少少黑松露,所以飲落味道幾有層次,多一份清新感!主菜就揀左一肉一意粉🍝。「慢煮黑安格斯牛柳」非常厚身,內裡肉質粉嫰。咬落多肉汁,口感軟腍,牛味香濃👍🏻!怕太膩既朋友,可以點下旁邊嘅芥末醬,增添一陣微微酸味!「蕃紅花鮮茄大蝦天使麵」意外地好味😋,小店加左蕃紅花,比一般番茄🍅醬更香濃,所以意粉都幾入味!大蝦🦐非常厚身、大隻,好有口感!最後我地叫左飲品、甜品作結!「法式焦糖燉蛋」表面焦糖絕不吝嗇,底層嘅燉蛋好香滑,口感有強烈嘅對比🆚。而「檸檬蜜」除咗賣相💯分外,飲落酸酸甜甜,夠晒潤喉!呢間餐廳嘅菜式都幾有心思,味道都幾好味😉,想嚟試既朋友不容錯過~
