Pan fried Crab Cake
喜歡碟子的形狀和花紋、以沙律和燈籠椒點綴,賣相漂亮。蟹餅表面煎得香脆,少少油,中間類似蝦膠,混有洋蔥、青瓜和一絲絲蟹肉。洋蔥不明顯,切成幼絲的青瓜最出,中和煎的油膩,可是其口感蓋過不多的蟹肉。稱作蝦餅可能更貼切。

Roasted Suckling Pig
乳豬燒得不錯,皮脆又香,咀嚼下滲出油香。肉嫩滑多汁,清清的,跟脆皮的油香平衡,不過份量不多。跟車厘茄、青瓜一起,疊在多士。多士上塗了沙律醬,多士沒有烘過,軟軟的,才能襯托出配料的口感。麵包加上沙律醬的味,跟舊式麵包店的魚柳包有九成相似。

Croquettes
炸粉幾厚,幾硬,幸而都幾脆。㓮炸起,熱辣辣的,是整晚唯一熱的一道菜。咬開不是奶糊,內裡全是切碎的菇,滿口松露香,又幾特別。可能正因如些,炸粉要厚一點,炸的時候才不易穿破。

Braised Baby Pork Leg Bone 
用陳醋煮的汁酸酸甜甜的,濃稠度佳,開胃,去膩,不錯。豬仔脾色又實又深,可是醬汁的味道只限於表面。肉不入味,而且硬和乾,不夠嫩。豬仔脾下有薯角、烤翠玉瓜和茄子。翠玉瓜烤得幾香,又鎖住水份,清甜多汁。茄子幾爽,也不錯。

Pan fried Garoupa Fillet w/ Butter Sauce
未及拍照,店員便把透明的圓柱形玻璃蓋子拿起,內裡的秒速散去,便是眼前的這道菜。拍照時,聞到幽幽的煙燻味,可是煙燻味沒有滲入魚肉中。石斑煎至表面乾身,不油膩,微脆,幾香,不過中間的肉稍乾,可能吃慣清蒸的嫩滑。很喜歡伴碟的香濱牛油汁,少少似沙律醬,但較稀身,較清新,牛油味香。

魷魚太乾太硬,完全不入味,淡而無味,只有辣。都幾辣,但辣完之後沒有任何味道,太奇怪。

上菜有點慢,播著輕快的音樂,適合飲兩杯,傾下計。吃tapas的好處是,幾個人可以多點幾款,樣樣都試下。食物賣相精緻,味道一般。服務不錯,店員有禮,環境氣氛都一流。平日夜晚都八九成入座率,算是不俗。
