最近想試下西班牙菜式 咁去完灣仔 就順便試吓灣仔嘅 🇪🇸Sueno環境嚟講有兩層 不過見到下層有open kitchen 就決定坐樓下 順便可以偷望下佢哋點煮嘢👀咁前菜就試咗 蒜片蝦 🦐同 溫泉蛋薯絲🥔 蒜片蝦 就會跟麵包咁 橄欖油浸泡住虎蝦 我就鐘意 將麵包沾下橄欖油 再加隻虎蝦 咁一啖食 幾滿足 🤪 炸起咗嘅薯絲 勁似薯片味咁 再撈埋溫泉蛋蛋漿 又濕又脆嘅口感好得意😋Main 嚟講就食咗 美國牛腹肉 五成熟 肉質有咬感 肉味甜 有油香 就算所謂嘅根位 都唔會韌 之後再補叫咗個 伊比利亞火腿蘆筍意大利飯 伊比利亞火腿經過處理之後好似薯片咁脆 飯就一貫意大利飯咁有咬口 同 creamy整體上用餐環境ok 價錢around 300-400 per head 😚 📍灣仔皇后大道東137號地舖 G/F, 137 Queen's Road East, Wan Chai

咁前菜就試咗 蒜片蝦 🦐同 溫泉蛋薯絲🥔 蒜片蝦 就會跟麵包咁 橄欖油浸泡住虎蝦 我就鐘意 將麵包沾下橄欖油 再加隻虎蝦 咁一啖食 幾滿足 🤪

炸起咗嘅薯絲 勁似薯片味咁 再撈埋溫泉蛋蛋漿 又濕又脆嘅口感好得意😋
