承上上post,想繼續鑽研西班牙料理就要得閒出去品嚐下大廚煮嘅味道,先知自己煮嘅差幾多~ 上個禮拜去咗灣仔嘅一間西班牙Bar 🇪🇸 𝑳𝒂 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒂𝒄𝒂 🍻➿ 炸西班牙黑毛豬仔骨 ($88)豬仔骨已經處理成一條條好方便用手拎嚟食嘅佐酒小食😆 炸得唔會乾身,仲會保留到一啲肉汁吵喺入面~➿ 西班牙海鮮飯 ($328)去西班牙菜最期待嘅菜式就係Paella☺️ 賣相靚,有開邊攤開嘅蝦🦐 有切成旋風紋嘅八爪魚🐙 坊間有部份嘅Paella會用到黃薑飯,而呢度嘅就係茄汁底,仲有幾濃烈嘅煙燻味,味道應該係源自肉腸粒粒~➿ 西班牙油條 ($68)油條偏幼細,係一(至兩)口size~ 新鮮即製,蘸雪糕🍦再加朱古力醬,冰火交融啊!➿ 𝑬𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒂 𝑫𝒂𝒎𝒎 𝑳𝒆𝒎𝒐𝒏 𝑩𝒆𝒆𝒓 ($38)大熱天時飲啤酒不失為一個消暑方法,而呢支啤酒都幾推介,因為檸檬嘅清新好岩夏天🌞 酒精含量好低,3.2% only,飲多兩支都唔怕啦😆
