To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 收到業界的邀請,這晚有幸可出席西班牙美酒與佳餚配對晚宴,兼有西班牙舞蹈表演,在會展舉行,筵開數十席,小弟自問酒量甚淺,絕非是劉伶之輩,這晚到來,醉翁之意不在酒,是在乎有數位西班牙名廚為今晚的宴會負責烹調不同菜式。晚宴開始前,大家可試試著名的西班牙風乾火腿,不太鹹的味道,鮮紅而有光澤的肉色,入口啖出肉的幽香,脂膏不多,多吃幾片也不覺膩,誠是上品。 Mediterranean tuna tartar with gazpacho soup, "piquillo" pepper, trout eggs and crispy bread.是晚的頭盤是和湯共同組合而成,琢碎的地中海吞拿魚肉伴以鱒魚籽,侍應再傾下西班牙凍湯,可以一次過嚐到兩個美食,吞拿魚是生的,味道鮮美,伴以鱒魚籽,增加口感和鮮味,凍湯以番茄為主要材料,拌著魚生來吃,酸酸的,令人胃口大開。Red prawn juicy rice with sea cucumber, artichoke and snow peas.以紅蝦的汁加海參碎來煮個 rissotto,飯已給蝦汁染得紅彤彤,味道濃郁,非常好吃,唯吃不出有海參。Slow cook

甜品是最弱的一環,檸檬慕絲是一團酸味的物體,頗難吃,而另一邊是椰子慕絲之類,但味道卻是「李斯德林」,更難吃,奇怪大會怎樣選擇!
