今日嚟到灣仔高級西餐廳香炸蟹波新鮮熱辣,外層脆皮包住滿滿蟹肉,好多時filling 會好喊同好多洋蔥,呢粒蟹波用足料,啖啖肉黑白芝麻吞拿魚沙律用黑胡椒同鹽我就食得多, 用芝麻又出奇咁夾,再加上個淡淡豉油汁,配埋新鮮沙律菜,好refreshing Seafood Paella海鮮料好多,有大大粒帶子,原隻魷魚,大蝦,同好多蜆。飯量睇落唔多,但係食落都好夠,因為飯收左好多汁,好夠味,個人嚟講就小小喊。但聽講正宗係比較重味秘魯汁烤雞半隻雞,剛剛燒熟,上枱個陣一切開啲肉汁流出來,雞肉都算嫩滑,但醃料主要係皮,不過皮好薄,食埋都唔覺肥膩Churros 我至愛嘅西班牙油炸鬼,面頭有滿滿玉桂糖,再配埋冰凍custard 同chocolate, dip 同唔dip 不同風味

Seafood Paella
海鮮料好多,有大大粒帶子,原隻魷魚,大蝦,同好多蜆。飯量睇落唔多,但係食落都好夠,因為飯收左好多汁,好夠味,個人嚟講就小小喊。但聽講正宗係比較重味
