如今,有點”話題”的晚市也甚難訂位,walk-in根本不用想。Rubia雖有兩層,但檯與檯沒有距離感,鄰檯如坐了幾位聲如洪鐘的食/飲客,是不能好好跟同檯人對談的。沒相干啦,限時兩小時,吃完便走吧!Rubia 賣的是西班牙菜,MENU全英,Server也有會說廣東話的,不過到訪Rubia,請預計英語對話吧!Server態度有善,問她二人前,應點多少小碟(tapas),她提議5-6,1個主菜!Tapas選了:Hokkaido Scallop in “Escabeche”:一客一隻,切了三片,清、爽、鮮,易吃易分,最合想試多幾款的食客!Gambas AI Ajillo:很有驚喜,上檯時,滾熱辣的。蒜是一片片的墊在鍋底,紅紅的蝦在鍋上跳動,不錯看;當然,最重要是不錯吃;看似浸在油內的蝦,吃起來一點也不油呢!蝦亦可放在麵包上吃,個人較喜歡單吃蝦!Smoked Salmon, Truffle Bikini:又有驚喜!今次不是賣相,是食味!不要看貶三文魚三文治,的確出色!Steak Tartare, Bone Marrow:賣相出色,骨頭作盛器,又有薄薄的小多士,不過個人對Tartare(免治類)

Gambas AI Ajillo:很有驚喜,上檯時,滾熱辣的。蒜是一片片的墊在鍋底,紅紅的蝦在鍋上跳動,不錯看;當然,最重要是不錯吃;看似浸在油內的蝦,吃起來一點也不油呢!蝦亦可放在麵包上吃,個人較喜歡單吃蝦!

Smoked Salmon, Truffle Bikini:又有驚喜!今次不是賣相,是食味!不要看貶三文魚三文治,的確出色!

Steak Tartare, Bone Marrow:賣相出色,骨頭作盛器,又有薄薄的小多士,不過個人對Tartare(免治類)不是太好呢!

Main是
Tenderloin:又又有驚喜!賣相真的平平!但食味、稔度、生熟度,恰如其分,好好吃!

飯後甜品
Warm Cheesecake:由於趕還檯,草草吃完,沒特別感覺!

Rubia是吃的好地方,不是傾偈相聚的好地方!
