好耐無食過西班牙菜啦~今日放工嚟到牛頭角站嘅Tapa Room,未行到都見餐廳用咗霓紅燈做裝飾,好適合打卡影相呢~今晚食西班牙菜,緊係要試下唔同嘅tapas 啦,呢類嘅開胃小食可以分冷盤同埋熱盤,好多時候都可以直接用手食㗎,細細件放入口到啱啱好,可以一次過食到好多種唔同嘅味道呢~首先出場嘅係薄切慢煮八爪魚,八爪魚味道鮮甜爽口,加埋特製嘅醬汁,yumyum~第一次試蕃茄脆包,原來醃白銀魚再加蒜茸蛋黃醬都好夾呢!而薯仔蛋餅係西班牙著名嘅美食之一,雖然只係用簡單嘅材料薯仔、雞蛋製作,但係食落嘅時候,口味非常獨特,仲有香濃味道呀~之後嘅檸汁白酒煮蜆,蜆肉好鮮甜呀,仲有淡淡嘅酒香味。而主菜豬鞍肉質非常嫩滑而且厚身,加埋些厘醋燒汁口感清爽,唔會有油膩感呢~下次再嚟試埋其他嘅tapas先!
