食西班牙嘢就必飲 sangria,貪心嘅小朋友紅同白都試咗,紅嘅會比較果味出啲,白嘅相對就淡身啲容易飲。甜美帶果香酒精度唔高,係開心酒嚟~店名叫El Cerdo,顧名思義就係要食豬!叫咗我每次 tapas 必食嘅 Croquetas de Jamón Iberico炸黑毛豬火腿球,酥脆金黃嘅外皮入面有包住creamy 嘅黑毛豬火腿 filling,濃滑香口。記得入面都幾熱㗎,千祈唔好一啖啪Mejillones 煮青口,上枱真係嚇親,估唔到份量有咁多。青口鮮甜,入面仲加入咗 Chorizo 所以有種特別嘅油脂同煙燻香氣,食個時將青口,Chorizo 同埋個帶有酒香嘅湯汁混合埋一齊食會更加正Pollo a la Plancha 香煎無骨雞腿配鮮菇佐松露蛋黃醬。個醬汁有好香嘅松露味,雞皮脆卜卜,雞肉嫩而多汁。唔係好傳統式嘅西班牙食物感覺反而幾新鮮El Cerdo Paella Clasica 招牌西班牙海鮮飯 唔好睇佢好似細細盤咁,入面有齊魷魚、蝦、青口、Chorizo同埋豬腩肉,加入檸檬汁更添層次。個底仲有一層薄薄飯焦,一次過滿足幾個願望yummy~ 最後因為呢排睇 Netflix 套Th
