Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金祥排骨麵喺西環好出名，係一間開業近40年嘅老字號，HKU嘅寶寶無可能唔識！姐姐們都非常熱情，仲教我哋點影得靚啲😂 喺度食飯真係好似喺屋企咁，好溫暖🥰 😋 菜膽排骨麵 $40 ｜菜膽雞球麵 $40排骨即係炸豬扒，唔係好明點解豬扒分開碟上但雞球又唔分。小編好耐之前食嘅時候，炸豬扒嘅皮同肉分開咗，感覺麻麻。今次食就終埋痴返埋！咬落塊皮少少脆，肉質鬆軟好有口感！雞球肉質好嫩滑同好大嚿。麵係上海麵，感覺有啲似譚X米線。菜膽就係白菜仔，好juicy😝40蚊有菜有肉有麵，加6蚊仲有豆漿飲，抵到爛啦😆仲有呀如果唔想食上海麵嘅話仲可以食飯或者上海粗炒，炸雲谷都推介大家試！
