地鐵開通後西環越來越多新餐廳,今晚試一試tivo,地點近西寶城,十分方便。當晚人流不多,只有三四枱客人,weekdays的話walk-in就可以了。 Pizza焗得薄脆,熱喇喇的pizza與冰冷嘅無花果,parma ham的咸與無花果的甜,賣相和味道都滿分!值得一識! 侍應會幫忙小心地打開被海鹽封焗的White Snapper,魚肚放滿lemon&rosemary以去除魚腥味,lemon令魚肉有微酸,非常醒胃。魚肉鮮甜,烤得剛剛好,肉質嫩滑。 Ribeye 8oz medium, 煎得剛剛好medium, 很有肉味,肉質嫩淋,不點醬汁可原汁原味地吃到牛肉味,吃得出沒有太多脂肪,但非常有肉汁,一點也不乾。 Tivo Fries, with parmasen cheese & truffle oil- 一上枱已經聞到松露香!每條薯條都沾滿parmasen cheese,以cheese的咸香代替海鹽,特別好吃,值得一試!
