To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

金祥排骨麵西環名物——金祥排骨麵呢間金祥排骨麵一直都係咁出色咁鮮明啊～呢碗係佢哋其中一碗招牌雲吞牛腩排骨麵💲56牛腩夠晒入味口感亦都唔會好韌 不過牛嘅香味就唔算好重雲吞亦都食得出好新鮮 皮好薄 入面嘅餡亦都好足料睇圖就知 每粒都好飽滿排骨一啲都唔會鞋霎霎！好香口！就咁食已經好夠味 再加配埋佢哋嘅自家製辣椒醬十分出色～麵比較粗身 有咬口 感覺有啲似烏冬，不過比烏冬更加挺身～個湯係令人驚艷嘅位 淨係睇個樣好似淡茂茂 同平時碌完個麵嘅水冇乜分別咁 但係飲落好清甜配埋個面就一流！大家去開西營盤，一定要試吓～

不過牛嘅香味就唔算好重
雲吞亦都食得出好新鮮

再加配埋佢哋嘅自家製辣椒醬十分出色～
麵比較粗身 有咬口 感覺有啲似烏冬，不過比烏冬更加挺身～
