心血來潮想食烤魚,不過唔係太多餐廳有得食,呢間4號烤吧係其中一間。烤魚嘅口味選擇都多,麻辣、酸麻、唔辣應有盡有。魚亦都可以揀凌波魚或者沙巴龍躉。重慶豆花烤魚(凌波魚) $258最後決定食招牌麻辣口味,辣度、鹹度、油度都可以揀,揀咗BB辣,入口唔會太辣,麻香味濃。凌波魚肉嫩滑,而且唔算多骨,食落啖啖肉。配料有豆腐、洋蔥、薯仔、蘿蔔等,吸收哂湯汁嘅精華,好食。啤酒煮蜆 $58蜆都幾大隻,而且肥美飽滿,入口鮮味多汁,帶淡淡嘅啤酒香。燒牛脷 $30/串燒牛脷大大件,幾抵食。牛脷肉質爽嫩,一d都唔乾,牛味香濃。燒豬頸肉 $28/串豬頸肉燒過之後帶少少焦脆,食落充滿油香。金菇肥牛卷 $28/串肥牛卷住金菇一齊去燒,金菇鮮甜,消除埋肥牛嘅油膩感。燒韭菜 $18/串第一次食串燒韭菜,都幾特別,重點當然係面頭搽咗層沙茶醬,香濃惹味。。。4號烤吧 (西環)西環卑路乍街116-122號聯康新樓1樓A號舖。。
