小弟由細到大都住喺西環,西環呢頭嚟講潮州鋪頭數數手指都唔止五間。細細過就已經成日同屋企人嚟食打冷。早排同朋友仔喺附近踢完波,就即刻想開心Share!!等佢地一齊試下隱世潮州打冷老字號~~ 平時食飯時間都要等幾耐下,不過當日去到都過左食飯時間,所以等左10分鐘倒就入得(大台係要等耐少少)。一坐低都唔洗點諗,例牌嗌左打冷必點:韭菜豬紅、生腸鵝腸大腸、鵝片例牌、魚飯(凍烏頭)再加碟炒菜。聽啲長輩講,想知一間打冷鋪嘅功力根底:求其嗌碟鹵水同炒碟菜就食得出~~首先講下鹵水,生腸鵝腸大腸唔會咸得太過份,味道豐富之外生腸鵝腸非常爽脆,而大腸則好有油感,真係食唔停。魚飯亦都係另一重點,凍烏頭雪完肉質會較實有口感,亦都鎖實左淡黃嘅魚油。魚油嘅油香,加上大啖大啖嘅魚肉,真係去倒呢間餐廳必點嘅菜式。韭菜豬紅夠哂重味濃郁,而炒菜夠哂鑊氣。最後鵝片例牌都好好食,但未算得上呢間打冷嘅必食推介。基本上,金興無論冷盤鹵水炒餸都料理得好好,絕對值得推介~~當然一間咁地道嘅餐廳,環境同衛生就好難做倒一流,但勝在風味搭夠
