西環真係愈來愈多好野食, 今日就去鄰近地鐵站嘅食肆店內坐位不多,所以最好訂位睇睇餐牌最吸引我當然係清酒,仲有我喜歡既熱清酒。我覺得熱清酒係好飲d,酒味香濃,更可以暖暖胃,有酒飲真係好爽。三文魚鮮甜肥美牡丹蝦肉質彈牙,蝦膏帶有甘香朴葉炭燒牛柳粒朴葉係一種比較耐熱既樹葉,上到枱一邊細火烘焙保溫,一邊烤出朴葉既獨特既焦香氣,肉質輕腍既牛柳粒配上微辣惹味既黑椒燒汁醬,同朴葉既焦香氣混合,引人一舊一舊往口送。堅推介叉燒拉麵一個基本既醬油湯底加上大量炒至金黃既紫白洋蔥,令成個湯底變得香甜,精美既半熟糖心蛋,緩緩流出黎既蛋黃,簡直令人垂涎三尺,仲有炸蓮藕脆片同有厚實口感既日式叉燒,唯獨拉面較為遜色,面質比較淋,而彈性都比較弱炭燒活鰻魚飯用上新鮮既白鱔,燒至表皮脆身,塗上日本鰻魚汁慢燒,燒至醬汁滲入肉中,而肉質仍保持嫩滑,不過有些微碎骨,咸味之中帶有少少甜,配上珍珠米煮成既香飯中,可以食上兩碗以上
