朋友相約到西環晚餐,讚這間小店食物質素很高,但地方有限,要一早訂枱。一行5人6:30p到達,用餐時限90分鐘。先來小食話梅醉豬手,豬手好爽,如酒味濃些更好味,是不錯的小食。蒜香凍螺,個汁甜甜地,蒜香不夠,螺肉爽。之後上金銀蒜蒸蟶子皇(5隻),老闆話要熱食,蟶子好新鮮,火候蒸得啱啱好,加上蒜及粉絲,很正。酸甜生炒骨,生炒骨肉較乾,酸甜汁醒胃。豉汁蒸倉魚,$68一條很抵食,魚肉滑,豉汁味濃郁。蘋果玉桂牛仔粒,好香玉桂味,牛仔粒夠嫩,夠哂鑊氣。濃湯浸豆苗,豆苗清綠,濃湯好味精。最後上黑松露蛋白炒飯,這炒飯最失望,食落很油,飯較淋身,黑松露味不出。
