To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

康記今次想同大家介紹吓呢一間小眾街坊先識嘅美味小店超級好味嘅炸雞翼牛丸撈丁！ 💲48極度出色，唔係講笑首先係蒜香炸雞翼，外皮十分脆口，亦都有蒜香味，可以見到外皮充滿着炸蒜～就聞一聞已經聞到佢有濃郁嘅蒜頭味道😍無論係外皮定係裏面嘅肉都有味道並非虛有其表嘅普通炸雞翼！然後牛丸先係重點！真係爆汁牛丸啊！一咬落去牛味就充斥着整個口腔肉汁喺個口入面浪下浪下 一啲都唔乾身！真係好出色另一方面，佢個豉油王撈丁亦都唔會煮得太淋，有豉油王嘅香氣，有時識識吓覺得佢乾身嘅話我通常都會配埋佢上個碗湯，撈少少湯落個面度 增加濕度 加埋佢哋嘅秘製辣油😭成碗麵真係好好味的最後再飲下個湯，簡直Perfect不過由於佢都係一間街坊小店 而且處於後巷位置～所以食嘢嘅時候有時可能都會有烏蠅或者蚊滋仔飛來飛去大家就要自行衡量了大家去開西環都要食呢間嘢！

首先係蒜香炸雞翼，外皮十分脆口，
亦都有蒜香味，可以見到外皮充滿着炸蒜～
就聞一聞已經聞到
佢有濃郁嘅蒜頭味道😍
無論係外皮定係裏面嘅肉都有味道
並非虛有其表嘅普通炸雞翼！

然後牛丸先係重點！真係爆汁牛丸啊！
一咬落去牛味就充斥着整個口腔
肉汁喺個口入面浪下浪下
一啲都唔乾身！真係好出色

另一方面，佢個豉油王撈丁
亦都唔會煮得太淋，有豉油王嘅香氣，

我通常都會配埋佢上個碗湯，
