個日見天氣好好,就去咗instgram pier行下,睇下有無機會睇日落,行完之後就係附近搵野食,行下行下就見到依間餐廳覺得個格局幾舒服,又係新開,所以就入咗去。叫咗個紅咖哩牛柳粒,一嚟到就比佢個賣相同味道吸引咗。牛柳粒既肉質吾錯,吾會太硬,炒得岩岩好,而且個咖哩味令到啲牛柳粒更加惹味,我連啲紅黃椒既配菜都食晒🤣之後就叫咗越南餐廳必叫既生牛肉河,生牛河既精粹係啲牛肉要係好薄,而且上菜既時候仲係生既,紅色既,等個河粉嚟到既時候先浸番熟佢,咁啲肉質先係最好食,因為牛肉煮得太耐係會吾好食。同埋個湯淡淡地,帶點肉味,就吾會搶走咗生牛肉既味道。最後叫咗個越式蝦卷,依隻蝦卷係好似係用紙米卷做既,所以個皮好薄,入面包住啲青瓜菜,蟹柳同埋啲香草葉,好清新。越南桔仔甘蔗水越式凍檸茶
