啖啖胡椒蟹肉雲吞撻 $58
下面雲吞脆皮好熱,但蟹肉係凍嘅,有少少冰火嘅效果。淡淡胡椒香味,同埋生蔥,可以促進蟹肉嘅鮮味,凍蟹肉都唔會腥,結果配合得好好。

Poutine 拉絲芝士牛坑腩焗薯條 $68
薯條有肉汁,牛腩都好碎,感覺唔似牛腩,少少似牛尾,或者面頰嘅感覺。但原來呢個係店內為香港人改良口味。侍應哥哥話Poutine其實係加拿大嘢,佢地唔會有牛腩(或者得碎),薯條都唔會焗,直接用燒汁整融啲薯條,薯條會吸曬汁。但佢地發現香港人唔會鍾意,香港人鍾意薯條有啲脆。呢種做法,外國人都會欣賞。

紅莓香橙朱古力布朗尼 $58
一般出面食Browine都係好硬嘅,佢地用好多糖同牛油製造Creamy嘅效果,咁會好膩嘅。侍應哥哥話,所以佢地嘅Brownie就會特登切啲橙皮落去,咁會香好多,融融地嘅朱古力,好過以前食過嘅Browine好多。伴碟嘅少少紅莓,酸酸地,加埋打出來嘅淡忌廉,好好食到朱古力味。
