To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

到底香港還有沒有真正水上人家？團長認識一些老字號的魚蛋粉麵店主，他們都是漁民世家或是漁民啲Friend，先可以做到粒粒魚蛋每日香港新鮮製造。而真係好正宗嘅老店，仲可以賣埋周邊漁獲。多個選擇又可以吊吓食客口癮。例如今日經過西環源興隆，就即刻試咗招牌墨魚鬚頭麵。真係啖啖鮮味，墨魚爽口彈牙，完全無腥味雪藏味。加啲腩汁、自家製XO醬，開胃到不得了。呢碗食得飽嘅午餐索價只係$30大洋。呢啲傳統家庭小店真係碩果僅存，有幸食到係味蕾嘅Bonus！現在西港島線有香港大學站，西環從此不再遙不可及。間中出門去食好野，都係一個唔錯嘅活動。
