想食手工意粉係香港去邊度搵?今日黎到西營盤海旁的三層純白小館老闆兼主廚黎自MO米芝蓮Amber🌟首先試下#Burrata 意大利菜不可或缺的前菜新鮮水牛芝士柔軟幼滑 富牛奶香配酸甜蕃茄汁味道清新解膩✨呢度主打手工意粉 梗係要試下叫左Duck Ragu Pappardelle鴨胸肉醬闊條麵份量好大 全晚最出色就係意粉本人Al dente彈牙 蛋香濃 但個醬汁對我黎講太heavy手撕鴨胸比較鞋口 再加入(應該係)Chicken Pâté?Pâté味突出 但好稠 略嫌太膩之後試左lamb rack 叫左medium 入面呈粉嫩呢個都不錯 唔想食牛的另一好選擇🐑最後係Italian Classic Dessert #Tiramisu好大份 食落除咗芝士同咖啡香亦帶淡淡酒香 口感軟滑綿密☺️但略甜整體係靜靜地飲下酒食餐飯的好選擇☺
