今日嚟到嘅西營盤試呢間粵菜餐廳,試咗幾款菜式,整體上感覺都相當不錯,有自己獨特嘅風味。我哋首先叫咗濃湯雞煲花膠。每碗都有好大塊花膠,而且味道濃郁,加埋啲雞肉,非常滋味。然後試咗生炒2吋菜心。菜心夠翠綠,仲用咗燒肉炒,入味得恰到好處。我哋仲試咗15年陳皮話梅骨。呢味菜好特別,佢嘅豬骨連埋膠質豐富嘅皮,食落好好口感。整道菜酸酸地,幾開胃。我最後叫咗鑊氣十足嘅炒豬面肉。咁啱餐廳冇曬茶樹菇,改用咗雜菇代替。豬面肉嘅油脂感充足,再加上黑椒嘅香辣味道,真係好好食好惹味。
