To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚係第一次入呢間嘢食飯，叫咗炒西蘭花、芝士焗虎蝦、麻婆豆腐、牛肉粒，有例湯，首先係碗例湯，熱辣辣還好飲，凍咗之後原來又酸又餿，第二係西蘭花，食到剩返幾舊先見到有塊報紙喺西蘭花裏面，同店員阿姐講，佢話幫我取消，第三，麻婆豆腐食到第三舊係酸嘅，雖然第一二舊未有酸嘅情況，但係都唔敢再食落去，第四係個虎蝦特別細隻，啲肉仲係梅嘅，總括就只係牛肉粒正常，食完牛肉粒我哋就埋單走（$350），走嗰時同阿姐講你啲豆腐酸嘅，佢話係天氣熱喎，我問佢點解仲俾人食，佢扮聽唔到，無人回應（趕住收工），呢間食店真係非常差，大家千祈唔好中伏
