西貢新開左尼間「堅記車仔麵」。甘就當然要去一試新野。入到去,立即拎起個餐牌。點左三樣餸:秘制大腸、豬紅、清甜蘿蔔。麵底:油麵(我的最愛,本小姐覺得食車仔麵係一定要叫油麵,先叫正宗車仔麵)碗麵好快就送上我眼前。試下個湯底先,湯底味道濃郁再加上少少微辣多蔥作調味,個湯底好味道!再食一口油麵,麵的軟度適中,唔好太硬亦唔會太軟。食到絕料啦。首先,要彈一下個豬紅,豬紅口感唔錯,但個味道淡而無味,無豬血味。尼個血紅唔得。另外,清甜蘿蔔咬落去清甜多汁,無渣。值得推薦!👍最後,要講下秘制大腸,大腸內有脂肪,見唔到有黑色物,即係洗得乾淨。完全放心咬落去,仲要係好味道,林身,唔會太硬。再加上腸內脂肪融入口中。整碗車仔麵(除左豬紅),可以說係有質素既車仔麵!
