海鮮是我至愛之一,西貢碼頭旁的海鮮船總是令人目不暇給!海鮮雖美,每次只是齋看,從沒想過來一頓二人海鮮餐,始終海鮮人多吃較為適合。直至2022年二人行山後抵西貢市欣賞海鮮艇時,  聽到身後一對該是西貢街坊的對話,對話中透露了一家來料加工的小店,既然有可信的海鮮加工店,於是便打開了二人海鮮餐的序幕!當晚一鍋辣酒花螺、五對蟶子、三隻花蟹、一碟油菜,塞得肚滿腸肥!小店收費合理、味道火喉合意,自此便成為我們與家人閒遊西貢與開餐的好點!「好景」不收開瓶費,每次我們在附近購買白酒享用,有時更會順道到法國店 Le Magasin 買酒兼買芝士。經過幾次用餐,大概掌握得到「好景」哪種烹調的方式比較到家,在此跟大家分享一下!辣酒煮花螺 VS 鹽焗花螺 — 鹽焗花螺全勝。辣酒煮花螺不差,但輸在「海景」獨門的鹽焗花螺不單將花螺鮮味提升,小鹹鮮的味道佐酒一流,絕對是驚喜之作!薑蔥炒蟹 VS 蛋白花雕蒸蟹 — 蛋白花雕蒸蟹全勝!以我們的要求,薑蔥炒蟹的薑蔥份量實在來得「珍貴」,故此失去了原有的風味!相對蛋白花雕蒸蟹的鮮香嫩滑效果,薑蔥炒蟹無疑敗得有道理。難怪我們第一趟二人可 KO 三隻花蟹!蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子 VS

以我們的要求,薑蔥炒蟹的薑蔥份量實在來得「珍貴」,故此失去了原有的風味!相對蛋白花雕蒸蟹的鮮香嫩滑效果,薑蔥炒蟹無疑敗得有道理。

蒜蓉粉絲蒸蟶子 VS 豉椒炒蟶子 — 平分春色

兩者皆好,分不出高下。以小妹之愚見,如果太多清蒸海鮮菜式,不妨採豉椒炒蟶子的選擇!

我們家愛吃魚,認為清蒸是享受魚鮮的至佳方法。

雖然蒸魚了得的奶奶覺得海老鼠斑有一點點過火,但個人吃過的部位都嫩滑鮮甜,引證「好景」蒸魚火喉可接受。

每次選購的海鮮超多,沒有試過「好景」的小菜,不過總要來一份蔬菜。

「好景」沒有奢華的裝潢,我們會預訂室外座位,無論食物環境招呼均是地道風格,要看你喜歡不喜歡這種香港「地」味!

收費參考:「海景」以來料海鮮的重量收費,舉例最近一晚六人有花蛤、花螺、花蟹、海老鼠斑、蟶子、扇貝、大龍蝦的自購來料,連同一碟菜心計算,每人平均二百多元!
