西貢呢個位置好多西餐廳,好多時入去lunch都係呢度兜個圈揀其中一間,今次就去左Piccolos,因為見到佢枱面有擺花花,心情都好啲。Starter揀左豬腩肉包,呢個食落幾得意,有啲fusion嘅感覺,有啲似中式饅頭夾住西式煮法嘅豬腩肉,食到一絲絲嘅感覺又唔會太乾,仲有少少豬皮嘅油脂同埋沙律菜嘅清爽,好香好惹味。蘋果醬豬腩肉豬腩肉好脆皮,冇過多嘅調味,加上薯茸有少少滯,但加左蘋果醬有玉桂香味,少少酸酸甜甜整體感覺平衡番。澳洲肉眼,火候控制得唔錯,7成熟入面有淡淡粉紅色。

豬腩肉好脆皮,冇過多嘅調味,加上薯茸有少少滯,但加左蘋果醬有玉桂香味,少少酸酸甜甜整體感覺平衡番。
