俾朋友笑我提前咗兩日book莆田🥺 👦🏻:今晚食咩?👱🏼‍♀:book咗莆田食蟶子👦🏻:莆田都要book?🤣......去到門口我發現我係有先見之明😈 唔book枱見到啲人等半個鐘都未入得🤫一坐底就叫咗必食推介—鐵板鹽焗蟶子 我以為啲鹽係擺碟,用途係裝飾😂 點至原來係調味之一,一食free到蟶子咸咸地,好入味🤪唔覺意仲食到粒粒鹽顆😉閩香洋燒排用薯仔墊底,薯仔煮得夠腍又吸曬醬汁,入口即溶😚 排骨啲肉離曬骨,肉質嫩滑,食緊都儀態萬千👸🏼雖然蟶子係主角,但最令我驚喜嘅係酥化芋芯😍 職員同我講芋頭先砌頭砌尾,只用芋頭中心嚟炒,好矜貴😎 芋頭應該係咸食,但點估到一放入口係甜嘅😲 焦糖包裹成個芋心,酥化得嚟甜甜咸咸,似小食又似甜品👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 真心誠意推介另外再叫咗個興化炒米粉!好多料,飽晒!
