To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 疫情關係,個個都戴住口罩,一去到都係舉起手指表示幾位,經理都舉番起4隻手指,以為係佢知幾位啦,點知就大大聲話我聽唔到呀係咪四位?坐嗰度啦........嗰日人唔多,都唔知佢指邊,咁就跟佢方向坐張高枱,點知佢就話指住隔離嗰張話 “呢張呀!”跟住飛份menu嚟話:“得set lunch, a la carte 嘅話得eggs Benedict同 all day breakfast” 就頭也不回走咗。想落單又無人應,明明間舖一眼睇哂。落單過程我以為自己去咗澳牛:“食咩” “要咩蛋” 疫情之下,連澳牛都叫你慢慢食,估唔到想搵澳牛式服務原來可以嚟呢度。埋單找錢找咗十幾蚊散銀,想人俾tips都要服務值先得嫁,已經有service charge,呢個價位但係茶記服務質素,就算野食唔差都食到背脊骨落。無下次。
