To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢幾樣野都唔錯呀幾好食。但有啲可惜因為本身個芝士焗西蘭花,口感,乾濕程度果啲都岩岩好。不過發現入面有條頭髮,換過碟新嘅之後就稍為濕左少少,冇第一碟咁好食,可惜左。但煙肉芝士同西蘭花配合仍然keep到互補令成碟餸都香。芝士螺絲粉,咬好剛好,芝士亦夠料。基本上啖啖芝士,芝士迷要試試,但會濟。卡邦尼好香菇菌味,真係好香,口感又好好啵。份量岩岩好夠胃飽我。但男士可能會覺細碟。整體黎講都係樂富西餐唔錯嘅選擇。
