呢間西餐廳都係食牛為主,喺朗豪坊附近,我食過都唔止一次。以前食牛小排,但呢期佢出咗新野,所以就試吓佢個新推出嘅吉列牛。佢覺得吉列牛套餐係$108,加多$20可以配三款東西,包括椰菜沙律、意粉、餐湯、飲品、薯菜,任擇其三。如果另外加$10就可以要多其中一款。我就揀咗椰菜沙律同埋意粉同埋飲品同埋餐湯。餐湯係忌廉湯,其實好多餐廳都一樣,稀啲嘅汁就係白汁或者忌廉汁,濃啲嘅,就會變成湯。所以佢個湯都幾濃。配埋蒜蓉包一齊食,鹹鹹的都幾唔錯。之後就到佢個主菜吉列牛套餐,一送上嚟嘅時候,都真係幾有日本嘅風味,有一個爐喺度燒緊,吉列牛外層有一層炸粉,佢會俾埋個夾你,可以逐塊逐塊放落個爐到,然後再點佢嘅Wasabi汁,似honey mustard,再放落口食,就幾唔錯。牛肉嘅質感幾嫩口。另外一題嘅就係椰菜沙律,椰菜沙律佢用胡麻醬去整,所以作為開胃前菜,又幾清新。最後飲品係佢嘅綠茶🍵,幾甜,但作為食濃味野後的飲品,反而我覺得幾適合。
