同好耐無見既朋友食飯,朋友係灣仔做嘢,搵個近佢既地方就選擇咗銅鑼灣,朋友鐘意食西餐,我就係網上搵咗呢間幾多好平既西餐廳。上到去覺得環境好優雅,感覺好舒服。職員就安排咗我地坐bar枱。朋友同我都係鐘意食牛既人,我地就揀咗個「燒美國安格斯肉眼扒配黑松露薯蓉」($338),我哋叫咗五成熟,嚟到就係嚇一親,因為好好好大塊!好少食扒會去到咁巨型。仲有配上香草汁同燒汁,朋友好鐘意個香草汁,一直加嚟食。個牛好軟熟,食落去都有好多肉汁,果然無揀錯!我自己除咗個牛之外,個黑松露薯蓉都好鐘意,味道好濃香,鐘意食黑松露既朋友一定唔可以錯過!本身想叫個慢煮三文魚,但職員話已經無晒慢煮,就幫我地轉咗個香煎三文魚,所以menu上會搵唔到。三文魚又係非常之大一份又好厚,底仲有啲露筍同配咗一啲南瓜蓉,南瓜蓉都好好食,朋友同我都覺得呢度既肉同醬料都好出色!我哋驚唔夠飽,仲叫多個「香炒新鮮蜆仔配墨汁青檸扁意粉」($138),啲蜆都有好多!飲品朋友就叫咗杯Peach Lemonade(HH$68/REG$88),試咗啖,好fruity!我就揀咗職員介紹既Ter Sangria(HH$68/REG$88),其實自己本身唔係太

本身想叫個慢煮三文魚,但職員話已經無晒慢煮,就幫我地轉咗個香煎三文魚,所以menu上會搵唔到。三文魚又係非常之大一份又好厚,底仲有啲露筍同配咗一啲南瓜蓉,南瓜蓉都好好食,朋友同我都覺得呢度既肉同醬料都好出色! 我哋驚唔夠飽,仲叫多個「香炒新鮮蜆仔配墨汁青檸扁意粉」($138),啲蜆都有好多!

我就揀咗職員介紹既Ter Sangria(HH$68/REG$88),其實自己本身唔係太好紅酒,但呢個可能因為加咗水果既關係,呢個無平時會飲到紅酒既小小苦味,反而係變咗紅酒加小小甜咁,好好飲。
