燒黃桃配巴瑪火腿 (Roasted Peach & Parma Ham)
燒黃桃酸酸甜甜嘅味道同巴瑪火腿嘅鹹味好襯，而且感覺令人好開胃，係一道好出色嘅前菜。
The sweetness and sourness from the roasted peach are well-matched with the saltiness from the parma ham. It is an exquisite and appetizing starter.

是日餐湯 (Soup of the Day)
當日嘅餐湯係南瓜湯，味道偏酸而且質感較稀，相對另一款前菜較遜色。
The soup of the day was pumpkin soup. It has a sour taste and a thin texture. We both prefer the former starter more.

義大利波隆那肉醬千層闊麵 (Ricetta Lasagne Alla Bolognese) $118
平時嘅肉醬千層闊麵都好重味，但依款減少咗醬嘅份量，相對令牛肉同闊麵嘅味道更突出，取得一個更好嘅平衡，同時令到感覺冇感膩。
The ordinary lasagne usually has a heavy taste from the sauce. But this one has reduced the flavour from the sauce, and placed more emphasis on the beef and lasagne, which strives a better balance and decrease the level of greasiness.

釀芝士雞胸配普羅旺斯雜燴 (Stuffed Chicken Breast with Ratatouille) $158
雞胸嘅質感好嫩滑而且多汁，同醬汁嘅配搭都好合適。芝士嘅味道唔會好突出，造成喧賓奪主嘅感覺。
The chicken breast is tender and juicy in texture, and it matches well with the sauce. The taste of the cheese will not cover the flavour from the chicken breast.

是日甜品 (Desserts of the Day)
當日嘅甜品係奶凍，奶味頗為濃烈，份量合適。
The desserts of the day were panna cotta. It has a strong taste of milk and is served in an appropriate portion.
